Shaping Spaces, Crafting Comfort

It starts as a line.

Bespoke furniture and interior solutions for homes and offices.

Your room. Your measurements.

Not the nearest standard size. Pillars, sloping ceilings and walls that are not square — a drawing solves what a catalogue cannot.

Drawn before it is cut.

You approve the dimensions, the timber and the finish before anything is made. No surprises at delivery.

Timber you chose yourself.

Sheesham, teak, oak, walnut. You see the actual leaf in daylight, not a swatch code.

Kitchens, wardrobes, whole homes.

And the offices in between. One team from the first drawing to the handover.

One quotation. One team.

Itemised and signed before work begins. If we get the estimate wrong, that is ours to carry, not yours.

Then you live in it.

Delivered and installed by the people who made it.

Every piece starts with a conversation.

Bespoke furniture

Nothing here has a model number.

If it can be drawn and it can be made in timber, it can be made here.

  • Awkward rooms

A service duct boxed into the corner. A door that swings into the run. A window sill too low for the worktop. An AC unit exactly where the wardrobe should go.

  • Exact dimensions

A sofa 30mm narrower so a door clears it. A table sized to the eight people who actually eat at it.

  • Matching an existing piece

An inherited dining table that needs six more chairs, or a wardrobe to match joinery fitted years ago. Bring a photograph and a sample.

  • Your own design

If you or your architect have drawings, we quote against them directly and build to them — not to our nearest catalogue equivalent.

Materials

Two leaves of the same veneer are not the same.

Before we cut, you see the exact material that will be used — in the studio, in daylight, next to the finish you have chosen.

A photograph of the room is enough to start. Bring the measurements if you have them.

  • Solid Sheesham
  • Burma Teak
  • Oak Veneer
  • Walnut Veneer
  • Matte Acrylic
  • Italian Marble
  • Powder-Coated Steel
  • Boucle & Linen
  • Full-Grain Leather
  • Fluted Ash
  • Brushed Brass
  • Cane & Rattan

How bespoke works

From a photograph on your phone to a piece in your room.

Five steps, and you can stop at any of them. Nothing is charged until the drawing and the quotation are approved.

  1. Bring us the idea

A photograph, a rough sketch, or a room measurement. Visit the studio or send it on WhatsApp — either works.

  2. Drawing & quotation

We return a dimensioned drawing and a firm price against it, so you are agreeing to something you can see.

  3. Timber & finish

Nothing is ordered until you have handled the material it will be made from, and seen the sheen on it.

  4. Built to the drawing

Made by our own craftsmen to the approved drawing. You are welcome to see it part-built.

  5. Delivered & installed

Our team delivers, assembles and levels the piece in your home, and takes the packaging away with them.

Turnkey interiors

The whole fit-out, not the furniture in it.

Kitchens, wardrobes, full home fit-outs and office interiors across Delhi NCR, coordinated as one job rather than bought room by room.

For homes

What a turnkey home includes.

If it is fitted, joined or built in, it is ours. We coordinate with your civil contractor and electrician rather than replacing them.

For offices

Built around a floor that has to keep working.

Office work is rarely a clear site. We phase delivery and installation around the people still using the space, including evenings and weekends where that is the only way.

Something here close to what you had in mind?

How a project runs

Five stages, and you always know which one you are in.

The most common complaint about interior work is not cost or delay. It is silence — not knowing what is happening to your home this week.

  1. Site visit & measure

We measure the site ourselves rather than working from builder drawings, which are rarely accurate to the millimetre.

  2. 3D design

You see the room in three dimensions with the real finishes, while changing your mind still costs nothing.

  3. Fixed quotation

One itemised document covering materials, hardware, labour and delivery. Signed before work begins.

  4. Execution

A single point of contact owns your site, so you always know what is happening and who to ask.

  5. Handover

Snag list cleared before final payment, and walked through with you rather than emailed.

Why buy here

The part of the transaction nobody photographs.

Kirti Nagar has hundreds of furniture shops. These are the four things that separate the ones you go back to from the ones you do not.

  • Made to the drawing

You approve a dimensioned drawing before anything is cut, and what arrives matches it. If it cannot be built as drawn, we tell you before you commit, not after.

  • You can see it half-made

You are welcome to come and look at the piece while it is still in parts. Most shops sell you a photograph and call you when it arrives.

  • No handover to a courier

The people who assemble your furniture in your home are the ones who built it, not third-party handlers meeting it at your door.

  • We stand behind the work

If something goes wrong after handover, tell us and we will put it right. We would rather fix it than argue about whose fault it was.

That is how we work. Tell us what you are planning.

Questions

The things people ask before they order.

What does it cost?

Everything is quoted per job, because the price is driven by size, the timber or finish you choose, the hardware, and how much of the room is involved — a wardrobe in oak veneer and the same wardrobe in solid teak are not close to each other. Send a photograph and a rough measurement on WhatsApp and we can usually indicate a range before you visit. The formal quotation is itemised and fixed before any work begins.

Do you deliver outside Delhi NCR?

Yes. Delivery within Delhi NCR is arranged by us. For the rest of India we crate the furniture and ship by transporter, quoted per consignment.

How long does a bespoke piece take?

It depends on the piece, the timber and the finish. We give you a firm date in writing before you commit, and we would rather quote a longer date and meet it than a shorter one and miss it.

Can I see the timber before you build?

Yes, and we would rather you did. The studio holds samples of the veneers, laminates, fabrics and finishes we work in, and for solid timber we will show you the actual boards.

Do you work with my architect or designer?

Regularly. Send us the drawings and we will quote directly against them, supply samples for approval, and coordinate delivery with the site schedule.

Do you have pieces on display?

Yes. There are finished pieces in the studio to sit on and open, which is the fastest way to judge proportions, comfort and finish quality before commissioning your own.

Is the work guaranteed?

The frames and the joinery carry a lifetime guarantee — if a joint fails, we repair it. Upholstery fabric is covered for two years against manufacturing defects, though not against ordinary wear. Anything built to your own dimensions, or in a fabric you chose, cannot be returned unless there is a fault with it — that is the trade-off that comes with made-to-measure, and we would rather say so before you order than after.

How does payment work?

Half on confirmation of the order, half on delivery before anything is unpacked. We take UPI, bank transfer, cards and cheques. If you need to spread it further than that, ask at the studio rather than over chat — those are arranged case by case.

Who installs it, and is that included?

We do, and yes — delivery and installation across Delhi NCR are included in the quoted price. Our own team unpacks, assembles, places the piece and takes the packaging away with them, so you are not left with it. You need to be at home for about two hours. Beyond NCR we ship crated, with assembly drawings and someone on the phone while it goes in.

Do you re-upholster existing furniture?

Yes, and it is a good way to keep a piece you already like. Send a photograph on WhatsApp and we will arrange collection — free within Delhi NCR — and price it once the workshop has seen the piece properly. It is usually about two weeks from collection to return.

For architects & the trade

Working to someone else's drawings.

We quote against your specification, supply samples for client approval, and do not go around you.

  • Architects & designers

Your specification is followed, or we call you before it changes. Substitutions are proposed, never made quietly — the drawing you signed is the drawing we build to.

  • Developers & builders

Sample flats, show homes and handover-ready units. Delivery staged against your possession schedule.

  • Offices & hospitality

Contract-grade construction built to withstand commercial use, specified against your schedule and delivered around occupied floors.

How we work with the trade.

  • Project pricing for architects and contractors, quoted per job
  • Delivery staged against your site programme
  • Site measurement and installation by our own team
  • Consolidated GST invoicing across a project
